SAN ANTONIO – UTSA women's basketball guard Karrington Donald received the Conference USA Winter Spirit of Service Award for the second-consecutive year, announced by the conference office on Monday.
Donald has been an active member on and off the court throughout her time as a Roadrunner. She will graduate in May with a degree in computer science with a 3.84 GPA.
The senior has been active in several campus committees this season, including the SAAC Executive Board, Spirit Advisory Board and RowdyCrew Liaison, member of the Athletics Inclusive Excellence Board and was the SAAC women's basketball representative. She also donated her time to Roadrunners Give Back, a San Antonio Food Bank Mission San Juan Farm and was a Dreamrunners Speaker at multiple events.
Donald finished her career ranked 22nd overall in scoring with 835 points, 10th in assists and seventh in 3-point field goals made. She also had 283 rebounds, 75 steals and 26 blocks, while averaging 26.6 minutes per game.
