SAN ANTONIO – Due to the impact of the unprecedented winter weather in Texas over the last week, UTSA men's basketball has had its two game swing at Charlotte postponed, it was announced on Thursday afternoon.
The Roadrunners were scheduled to meet with the 49ers over the weekend but a winter storm hit Texas, and had a colossal impact on power and water infrastructures, and air travel options.
UTSA (12-9, 8-6 Conference USA) had won four consecutive games entering the two tests at Charlotte. The Roadrunners swept FIU on the road and last weekend posted a series sweep over Florida Atlantic in San Antonio.
UTSA will now return to action with its final games of the regular season, hosting UAB on Feb. 25-26 at the Convocation Center, live on ESPN+ and Ticket 760 AM.
