I hope this message finds you and your family in good health during these challenging times. The COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic has certainly affected every aspect of our daily lives no matter where we live.
I'm writing today to let you know, that due to the impact of the coronavirus, the 2020 renewal deadline for football season tickets has been extended to May 22. Parking requests and partial payments can be made by that date. As this situation evolves, we will continue to evaluate and adjust our timeline accordingly.
Our ticket office, as well as the rest of our Athletics Department staff, is still hard at work. While working remotely, our ticket representatives are available via phone or text at 210-458-UTSA (8872) between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. each weekday to assist you with any questions you may have or to make special arrangements. Interest-free payment plans for season ticket renewals are available. You also can renew your season tickets and access your Account Manager online at any time.
Additionally, UTSA's campus mail system is currently operating on limited hours and we apologize if this causes any delays in processing your transaction. Please feel free to notify the UTSA Ticket Office if you intend to mail your renewal and we will make a note on your account.
We cannot wait to celebrate our 10th season of football with our family, friends and neighbors this fall at the Alamodome.
