SAN ANTONIO — UTSA head coach Laura Neugebauer-Groff announced Thursday the addition of Southeastern Louisiana transfer Alexis Pratt to the Roadrunners' 2020 signing class.
"We are excited to add Alexis to our roster and can't wait to get her on the court," Groff said.
Pratt appeared in 84 of the Lady Lions' 90 matches during her three seasons in Hammond, Louisiana. The Houston native tallied 639 digs, 80 assists and 22 digs. She was named to the Southland Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll as a freshman and sophomore.
After registering 296 digs and 24 assists over 151 sets in her first two seasons, Pratt carded 343 digs and 56 helpers in 2019. She appeared in all 31 matches, starting 17.
In 2018, Pratt appeared in 93 sets over 28 matches, recording 197 digs, including a career-best 21 vs. Southern Aug. 25.
She posted her first career match with double-digit digs at Nicholls Nov. 2. Pratt logged playing time in 58 sets across 25 matches, including six starts as a rookie.
During her high school career at Houston's Memorial High School, Pratt earned All-District and All-Academic honors three times each. She broke school records for digs in a single match and a season as a senior, tallying 620 digs, 87 assists, 29 service aces in 43 matches.
