SAN ANTONIO – UTSA women's tennis team christened the newly resurfaced courts at the UTSA Tennis Center with a 7-0 victory over UTRGV Saturday.
The Roadrunners claimed the doubles point with wins at the No. 2 and No. 3 positions, before cruising through the six singles matches.
From the Coach:
"Very proud of our ladies, everyone came to play," head coach Ki Kroll said. "We got off to a good start in doubles and kept things going in singles. We'll need to build on this win for our next match against a very good Corpus Christi team on Tuesday. I'm very excited about our progress."
