SAN ANTONIO – UTSA women's basketball head coach Kristen Holt announced the signing of Elena Blanding to the 2019 signing class on Wednesday.

Quote from coach Holt on Blanding: "We are excited that Elena Blanding is joining the Roadrunner family. She is coming off a state championship at Judson High School and provides great size in the post. Elena has tremendous potential and we look forward to working with her."
Bio: The 6'5" center added 2018-19 state, regional and district champion titles to her resume, as well as all-academic in her senior campaign at Judson.
Blanding joins Charlene Mass, Mikayla Woods and Adryana Quezada, who signed in the fall during the early signing period.
