UTSA inks Live Hope to National Letter of Intent

SAN ANTONIO — UTSA head women's golf coach Summer Batiste announced Wednesday that she has signed Live Hope to a National Letter of Intent. The Trondheim, Norway, native will join the Roadrunners beginning with the 2020-21 season.
 
"We're excited to announce that we've signed Live (LEE-vah) Hope," Batiste said. "She brings a multitude of international experience on the European golf circuit and will be a great fit in the Roadrunner Family. We can't wait for her to join our program."
 
A member of Team Norway, Hope has gained international playing experience in Ireland, Scotland, Sweden and Spain and she represented her country in the 2019 European Girls Team Championship in July. A product of the Norwegian School of Elite Sports, she won the 2019 Srixon Tour 3 Match in May and posted runner-up finishes at the Srixon Tour 8 and Garmin Norgescup 6 Finales. Hope also finished third at the Srixon Tour 5 fourth at the Srixon Tour 2 this year.
