SAN ANTONIO -- Season and single-game tickets for the 2019-20 UTSA men's and women's basketball are now available for purchase, with women's season tickets going for as low as $79 and men's season tickets starting at $99.
Men's season ticketsstart at $99 for general admission, $115 for lower-level reserved seats and $300 for courtside seats. Women's season ticketsare as low as $79 for lower-level reserved seats and $150 for courtside seating. Fans could also purchase the combo season ticket package for $140, featuring reserved seats for both men's and women's basketball. UTSA faculty and staff can purchase the combo season ticket package for just $115.
UTSA is also debuting the Fastbreak Pass for basketball in 2019-20, allowing fans to purchase 10 anytime tickets for $50. Fans can mix and match the games they want to attend using their 10 allotted anytime tickets.
Single-game general admission men's basketball tickets are available for $8 for youth and military and $10 for adults. Reserved men's basketball single-game tickets are available for $10 for youth and military fans and $12 for adults. Women's single-game reserved seats are $8.
Fans can also purchase group (15 or more) single-game tickets for men's and women's basketball in 2019-20. General admission group single-game tickets are $5 and reserved seats are $7.
UTSA's students receive free tickets by showing a student ID at the gate.
Season tickets can be purchased through the UTSA ticket office at goUTSA.com/tickets or by calling 210-458-UTSA (8872).
The UTSA men will host 16 games and the women will hold 14 home games at the Convocation Center in 2019-20. UTSA's lone exhibition game on Oct. 30 vs. Texas A&M International is free and a non-ticketed event.
The UTSA men's basketball team enters the 2019-20 season coming off a second-place finish in Conference USA a year ago. The Roadrunners are picked to finish second in the preseason by the league coaches and Blue Ribbon Yearbook tabbed junior guard Jhivvan Jackson as the preseason C-USA player of the year.
Jackson and Wallace return after leading the nation's backcourts in scoring as sophomores, averaging 43.1 points per game. Jackson won the C-USA scoring title with 22.9 points per game, while Wallace added 20.2 points and 5.0 rebounds per outing. UTSA also welcomes back senior forward Byron Frohnen, who has made 100 consecutive starts to open his career.
UTSA's women returns six student-athletes, including Mandi Cooks, Deja Cousin, Karrington Donald, Tija Hawkins, Evelyn Omemmah and Timea Toth. The Roadrunners welcomed eight new faces to the team, including six true freshmen, Elena Blanding, Karley Larson, Charlene Mass, Shannan Mitchell, Adryana Quedada and Mikayla Woods and two transfers, Grace Daniels and Kiara Shoals.
The women's season-opener is set for Nov. 6 when UTSA hosts Concordia Texas at 7 p.m. at the Convocation Center.
