SAN ANTONIO – After 100 minutes of action, the Roadrunners and the Golden Eagles ended Friday's match in a 1-1 tie.
UTSA improves to 3-2-1 on the season, while ORU is now 2-4-1.

In the 10th minute of the game, the Roadrunners were on the board early after an Ellis-Lexi goal. Ellis Patterson passed the ball to Lexi Bolton who scored off a one-touch shot from the middle of the box.
The Golden Eagles tied up the game in the 27th minute. Goalkeeper Sophie Milich put up a huge save, but a second shot slipped passed her and into the goal.
For the remaining 83 minutes, both teams continued to take shots, but couldn't find the net.
UTSA posted 18 shots with nine on goal. While ORU has eight shots with six on goal. Milich racked up five saves and now has a 2-0-1 record on the season.
Bolton led the team in shots with eight, followed by Abby Kassal who had five.
The Roadrunners return to action on Sunday at Houston Baptist. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
