Baldwin named Google Cloud Academic All-America

AUSTIN – For the second-consecutive season, Bailee Baldwin was named to the Google Cloud Academic All-America second team, announced on Thursday by CoSIDA . She was named to the Google Cloud Academic All-District first team in May before advancing to become all-America.
 
The outfielder is one of eight repeat selections and one of three Conference USA honorees on the 2019 team.
 
Baldwin is sixth student-athlete from UTSA to earn the accolade twice in her career and the first since football player Nate Leonard (2013-14). She's also the second softball player, joining Jessica Rogers.
 
The Mansfield, Texas, native finished her collegiate career with 625 at bats, 113 runs, 193 hits, 32 doubles, eight triples, 45 home runs and 134 RBI. She also posted a .602 slugging percentage, and a .974 fielding percentage. She was also amongst multiple top 10 lists at UTSA. Baldwin will graduate in August with a 3.95 GPA in criminal justice.
