Tuesday tilt with Houston Baptist opens Roadrunners home stand

SAN ANTONIO –With four weeks left in the regular season, UTSA kicks off a five-game home stand Tuesday with a 6 p.m. first pitch against Houston Baptist.
 
This is the second meeting in the home-and-home series in 2019 with the Roadrunners claiming a 14-6 victory in Houston March 19. They scored in six different innings, including the first four. 

Bryan Arias and Aldo Buendia registered three hits each, while Ryan Stacy and Nick Thornquist added two each. A.G. Yowell picked up his first career win in his first career start on the mound.
 
Trent Franson tallied two of the Huskies' six hits. Taylor Franzman was saddled with the loss, allowing four runs on five hits in 1.2 innings of work.
