Roadrunners set for midweek clash at Houston Baptisit

SAN ANTONIO – For the second-consecutive week, UTSA's midweek opponent resides in Houston.

The Roadrunners (7-9) kick off the four-game road trip – all in H-Town – with a non-conference matchup at Southland Conference foe, Houston Baptist (5-14). First pitch at Husky Field is set for 3 p.m.

This is the first of two meetings in 2019 and the 16th overall. The home-and-home series wraps up April 23, when the Huskies visit Roadrunner Field.

UTSA's probable starter is A.G. Yowell. This is the first career start for the 6'6'' freshman right-hander from Dripping Springs, Texas. He has made one relief appearance in his collegiate career.

Houston Baptist counters with senior southpaw Taylor Franzman, making his seventh appearance and third start of the season.
