SAN ANTONIO – UTSA head women's basketball coach Kristen Holt announced the non-conference slate for the 2018-19 season.
 
The 12-game schedule is highlighted by eight home games, including the UTSA Thanksgiving Classic, at the Convocation Center. The Roadrunners will see visits from Utah State and San Diego, compete in the Seton Hall Tip-Off Classic and have road contests at Texas and UT Arlington.
 
"We are excited about our non-conference schedule this year," head coach Kristen Holt said. With eight home games prior to the start of Conference USA, the schedule will allow our young team to play in front of our home crowd and get some experience under our belt."
 
UTSA officially begins the season with an exhibition against Sul Ross State on Nov. 2 before facing Concordia four days later at the Convocation Center. UTRGV and 1-35 rival Texas State make an appearance in Alamo City before the Roadrunners host VCU, Weber State and IUPUI in the Thanksgiving Class Nov. 23 and 25. Other home contests include Utah State (Dec. 5), San Diego (Dec. 15) and Texas A&M Kingsville (Dec. 30).
 
The Roadrunners hit the road Nov. 10-11 for the Seton Hall Classic where they will see Seton Hall and UMBC. After Thanksgiving, UTSA heads to the capital for a matchup at Texas Nov. 28. The last road trip for 2018 is Dec. 20 when the Roadrunners will take on UT Arlington.
 
UTSA opens the 2019 conference slate on Jan. 5 when it hosts in-state rival UTEP.
 
The 2019 Conference USA Championship will again be held at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas. The tournament commences on March 13 with the championship game taking place on March 16.
