The Roadrunners (4-5-2, 0-2-1 C-USA) and the Mean Green (7-1-1, 2-0-0 C-USA) fought a hard battle that resulted in a victory for UNT.

North Texas acted early in the game with a goal in just the third minute of the game.

In the 7th minute of the game, the Mean Green scored again off a corner kick after Michelle Cole fumbled with the ball and UNT took advantage.

The second half started off a little slow with both teams taking possession of the ball.

Just a couple of minutes later, UNT found the net on the right side of the goal to increase the lead to 4-0.
