SAN ANTONIO – Hunter Wells hit for the cycle and led No. 22 Louisiana Tech to a 13-0 victory in seven innings against UTSA on Sunday afternoon at Roadrunner Field.

The Bulldogs (24-10, 9-3 C-USA), who won the series with bookend wins during the weekend, amassed 14 hits in the run-rule triumph.

Wells singled in the first inning, tripled in the fifth and doubled and homered in the seventh to cap the offensive outburst.

The Roadrunners (16-13, 6-5 C-USA) were limited to six hits at the plate by left-hander Logan Bailey (4-1), who earned the win after striking out six.
