HOUSTON – Following its first competition of the fall last weekend, the UTSA women's tennis team will return to action on Friday at the three-day Rice Invitational at George R. Brown Tennis Center.
The Roadrunners collected a total of 14 victories at the Contender Crossfit Islander Open last weekend in Corpus Christi.
Kylee Kato and Ivana Ilic reached the semifinals of the doubles bracket, while Denisa Ibrahimovic advanced to the semifinal round of singles play.

Following the trip to Houston this weekend, UTSA will travel to Fort Worth to participate in the ITA Texas Regional, which will be hosted by TCU Oct. 13-17.
