SAN ANTONIO – UTSA fans now have a new way to express their Roadrunner spirit with the launch of the emoji and sticker pack. Fans can tweet out or share Rowdy the Roadrunner, the Birds Up hand sign and several other emojis and stickers to use in their everyday social interactions.
UTSA and Learfield Licensing worked with licensee MyWeb GP/Ree Sticker to help design the collection of emojis and stickers, which are available for Android and Apple devices. Fans can download the "Ree Sticker" app through the App Store or Google Play, which provides access to many spirit-inspired designs from which to choose for use in emails, texts and social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Learfield Licensing created custom graphics to help launch and promote the program. Keep a look out for these branded images to be used throughout Roadrunners' social media.
"It's an exciting time to be a Roadrunner and we are happy to add another branding element for UTSA fans," said Morris White, UTSA's associate athletics director for marketing, broadcast and community relations. "This custom line of emojis and the sticker keyboard are a fun way to engage fans and visually show pride and passion for our Roadrunners. We hope everyone downloads the app and share the excitement."
