NEW ORLEANS, La. — UTSA's women's track & field program was one of 218 teams that earned All-Academic accolades from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association on Thursday. The Roadrunners posted a cumulative team GPA of 3.09 during the indoor and outdoor campaigns last spring en route to the honor.
Georgia was tabbed the Scholar Team of the Year with its 3.32 GPA, while San Francisco reported the nation's highest GPA at 3.80.
To qualify, a program must have at least a 3.00 cumulative team GPA.
