SAN ANTONIO — Head women's basketball coach Lubomyr Lichonczak announced Friday the signing of three to an NLI during the early signing period. Tasharian Robinson, Karrington Donald and Brianna Livingston will join the Roadrunners roster for the 2017-18 season.
Below are bios for each of the three signees.
Tasharian Robinson
5-11 • Guard
League City, Texas (Clear Springs High School)
Robinson hails from League City, Texas, where she averaged 13 points, eight rebounds, seven assists and four steals per night at Clear Springs High School. The 5-foot-11 guard is a three-time first team all-district selection and has been named to the All-Greater Houston Team and All-Galveston County Team twice. Robinson garnered first team all-region honors as a sophomore and junior and was named District 24-6A Most Valuable Player during the 2015-16 season. The League City native is also a three-time all-state academic honoree and aspires to major in the culinary arts. Robinson has medaled in the culinary arts as she's been named a UIL Culinary State finalist and is a UIL Culinary regional champion.
Karrington Donald
5-9 • Guard
Humble, Texas (Humble High School)
Donald joins the Roadrunners lineup from Humble High School. The 5-foot-9 guard is a three-time first team all-district and all-academic honoree. As a freshman, Donald was recognized as the District 19-4A and Area Newcomer of the Year after putting up 19.4 points per game. The following year, she was tabbed District 21-5A Offensive Most Valuable Player and recognized on the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches All-Region Class 5A Region 3 Team. Donald averaged 17.8 points per game, along with five rebounds, five assists and three steals per game.
Brianna Livingston
5-9 • Guard
Toronto, Ontario (Sir Wilfred Laurier School)
Livingston averaged 25 points per game for her prep school and was recognized on various all-tournament teams, including at the Rose Classic (second all-tournament team and all-star team) and the U.S. Junior Nationals All-Star Team in 2015.
