An officially sanctioned Intercollegiate Tennis Association event, the tournament will host players from Incarnate Word, Lamar, Northwestern State, Rice, Sam Houston State, Texas, Texas-Rio Grande Valley and the Roadrunners in singles and doubles draws.

Under the direction of second-year head coach Rodrigo da Silva, UTSA will send four players to the event.

In singles, Gabriel Borunda, Igor Catanhede, Christian Carrillo, and Takeru Watanabe all are scheduled to begin action on Friday morning.

In the afternoon, the doubles tandems of Borunda/Catanhede and Carrillo/Watanabe will take to the courts.
