SAN ANTONIO — UTSA and Learfield's Roadrunners Sports Properties announced Monday that a pair of road football games have been added to KMYS-CW 35's television lineup for the upcoming 2016 season.
The station will air the Roadrunners' Conference USA contests at Old Dominion on Sept. 24 in Norfolk, Va., and Louisiana Tech on Nov. 12 in Ruston, La., and both will kick off at 2:30 p.m. (CT).
The KMYS-CW 35 TV slate also includes the season opener and debut for first-year head coach Frank Wilson against Alabama State on Sept. 3 at the Alamodome, along with home league matchups against UTEP on Oct. 22 and North Texas on Oct. 29. Those three contests will kick off at 6 p.m., and at least nine of the Roadrunners' regular season contests now will be televised this fall.
There will be 30-minute pregame and postgame shows for all five KMYS-CW 35 broadcasts and the telecasts will be produced by Quarter Moon Productions, marking the fifth consecutive season for that partnership.
KMYS-CW 35 is available in the San Antonio market on AT&T U-Verse (35/1035 HD), DirecTV (35), DISH Network (35), Grande Communications (7/807 HD), Time Warner Cable (7/1212 HD) and over the air (35.1).
More television selections are expected to be announced at a later date.
