SAN ANTONIO — Fresh off the program’s 500th victory that came a 77-57 win over Southern Miss on Thursday, UTSA will look to pick up its third consecutive triumph when it hosts preseason Conference USA favorite Louisiana Tech at 2 p.m. on Saturday in the Convocation Center.

The Roadrunners (7-6, 2-1 C-USA) rank fourth in C-USA at 73.2 ppg and feature three of the league’s top 11 scorers. Meanwhile, the Bulldogs (11-4, 2-0 C-USA) will be playing their third consecutive road game to start C-USA play. Louisiana Tech leads the league and ranks 38th in the nation at 75.1 ppg and is led by Raheem Appleby’s 17.4 ppg (2nd/C-USA).
