SAN ANTONIO — UTSA will continue its five-game home stand to open the 2014-15 season at 7 p.m. on Tuesday night when it hosts Loyola-Chicago at the Convocation Center.
The game can be seen on the American Sports Network with Dave Barnett (play-by-play) and Ben Braun (analysis) calling the action.
The Roadrunners (2-1) are coming off an 80-67 victory against I-35 rival Texas State last Saturday and they lead Conference USA in scoring average at 78 points per game. Five players reached double figures for UTSA, which features three of the league’s top 11 scorers, against the Bobcats.
Tuesday’s game will be the first meeting between the Roadrunners and Ramblers (2-1), who will be the first Missouri Valley Conference school to visit the Convo since UTSA defeated Illinois State, 89-82, on Dec. 1, 2001.
