SAN ANTONIO — The UTSA softball program will host offensive and defensive camps on Saturday, Aug. 16, at Roadrunner Field.
Both camps are for children ages 12-18 and the day will start with the offensive session, which will run from 12-2 p.m. In this session, campers will focus on hitting mechanics and techniques. Attendees will go through specific drills and learn how to properly hit different pitches.
The defensive session will be held from 2:30-4:30 p.m. and will include instruction and drills in different positions.
Cost for each session is $100, or campers can attend both sessions for $175.
