SAN ANTONIO — The UTSA women’s basketball team will play its final home game of the season on Saturday when it hosts Florida Atlantic at 4 p.m.
UTSA (13-14, 4-10 C-USA) is coming off Wednesday's 78-65 loss at UTEP. Mathilde Hergott scored a career-high 22 points on the strength of five 3-pointers.
Florida Atlantic (14-13, 4-10 C-USA) snapped a four-game losing skid with an 87-68 victory at last-place Marshall on Wednesday. Kimberly Smith and Chenise Miller lead four Owls averaging in double figures with 13.4 points per game.
This will be the first-ever meeting between the two programs.
