NEW ORLEANS, La. — Sunday's first round of the Allstate Sugar Bowl Intercollegiate Championships has been postponed to Monday due to heavy rains.
The 17-team field now will play 36 holes with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start on Monday at English Turn Golf & Country Club (par 72/6,140 yards).
The tournament marks the spring season opener for the Roadrunners, who finished 17th at last year's event.
