SAN ANTONIO — Conference USA Regular Season and Tournament Champion UTSA (24-7) will bring an 11-match winning streak into NCAA Tournament play on Thursday when it faces Texas A&M (18-11) for the second time this season. First serve is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. at Gregory Gym on the campus of The University of Texas.
Top-ranked Texas will host Texas State in the bracket's other matchup and Thursday's winners will meet at 7 p.m. on Friday with the opportunity to move on to the Lincoln (Neb.) Regional.
Texas A&M has won all nine meetings in the all-time series, including a four-set triumph back on Sept. 6 in the final match of this year's UTSA Classic.
Thursday's match will be broadcast on Longhorn Network.
