SAN ANTONIO — Nathan Collier was victorious at Saturday's Alamo City Opener, as the senior from Pottsboro covered the 6,000-meter Olmos Basin Park trail in 19:48.19.
Javier Salas placed third (19:53.88) in his Roadrunners debut, while Harvinder Singh (20:04.30), Daniel Belcik (20:25.22) and Ryan Elizalde (20:49.49) finished in sixth through eighth, respectively, to round out UTSA's lineup of runners.
The Roadrunners will return to action next Saturday, Sept. 7, when they compete at the Texas Lutheran Invitational in Seguin.
