SAN ANTONIO — The UTSA women's cross country team will return to action on Saturday when it competes at the TLU Preview in Seguin. The 5,000-meter race is scheduled to get underway at 8 a.m. on the campus of Texas Lutheran University.
There are a total of 107 athletes in the 11-team field that features Concordia, Howard Payne, Prairie View A&M, Schreiner, St. Mary's, Texas A&M International, Texas Lutheran, Texas State, Trinity, UT Dallas and UTSA.
The Roadrunners saw all six of their relay teams place in the top nine at last Thursday's Trinity Hokum Karem Relay. Leading the way was the sophomore tandem of Alyssa Diaz and Courtney Johnson, who covered the 7,600m (4x1,900m) route in 29:17.
