SAN ANTONIO — UTSA concludes its current five-game road trip on Tuesday night when it faces No. 5 Texas in a 6 p.m. contest at UFCU Disch-Falk Field in Austin. The Roadrunners (6-8) are coming off a series loss at New Mexico where they dropped three of the four contests.
The Longhorns lead the all-time series, 21-5, including a 6-4 victory last year in Austin. UTSA's last win in the series came on April 23, 2008, when it posted a 7-0 shutout at Disch-Falk Field. The two teams have squared off in 17 of the last 18 seasons with the lone exception being 2009.
