UTSA to host 14-team Alamo Invitational beginning Sunday

SAN ANTONIO — The UTSA women's golf team will host the 14-team Alamo Invitational beginning Sunday at Briggs Ranch Golf Club (6,302 yards/par 72). The three-day tournament includes three teams ranked in golfstat.com's top 20.

Where: Briggs Ranch Golf Club (6,302 yards/par 72) – San Antonio, Texas

When: Sunday, Oct. 31 – Tuesday, Nov. 2

Format: Three-day event with tee times on Sunday and Monday; shotgun start on Tuesday.

Tournament Field: Baylor, Central Arkansas, Central Florida, #17 Colorado, Kansas State, Nebraska, #18 Notre Dame, SMU, #42 Texas A&M, #38 TCU, #13 Tulane, #41 Tulsa, UTSA, #48 Wisconsin.

Paola Valerio (So. – Mexico City, Mexico)
