SAN ANTONIO — Another milestone in UTSA Football history will take place on Tuesday afternoon when the Roadrunners will have their first-ever practice. The 69-man roster is scheduled to take the field at Dub Farris Stadium for a 3:30 p.m. workout.
The inaugural squad includes 24 members of the program’s first-ever signing class, four new signees that reported nearly two weeks ago and 41 walk-ons. Of the 69 players, 66 are from the Lone Star State, including 30 from the Greater San Antonio Area.
Below is the opening week practice schedule.
Week 1 practice schedule
Tuesday, Sept. 7 — 3:30-5 p.m.
Wednesday, Sept. 8 — 3:30- 5 p.m.
Thursday, Sept. 9 — 2-3:30 p.m.

All practices will be held at Dub Farris Stadium (southeast of Loop 1604 & Hausman Road/map below), unless otherwise noted, and are open to the public. Parking is open at the north end of the facility and fans can enter through the northeast gate. Spectators are asked to sit on the east (non-press box) side and you must remain in the stands at all times when watching practice. The west side of the stadium is for UTSA Football use only and is closed to the public. There are no concessions available.
