AUSTIN — Senior Jessica Jones saw her brilliant four-year UTSA career come to an end on Saturday at the NCAA Championships Preliminary Rounds.
The Fresno native just missed a spot in next month's national 100-meter hurdles semifinals after finishing 16th overall in the quarters with her time of 13.54.
The three-time Southland Conference Champion raced to the second-best time of her four-year career, but she was in the same heat as Texas A&M's Gabby Mayo, who won the event in 12.81.
