SAN ANTONIO — The UTSA women’s golf team is coming off its second-ever tournament win in school history and looks to carry that momentum into this week’s Husky Invitational, which will be played at the Sienna Plantation Golf Club (6,624 yards/par 71).

Format: 36 holes on Monday and 18 holes on Tuesday
Tournament Field: Centenary, Houston Baptist (host), Louisiana-Monroe, McLennan Community College, North Dakota, Sam Houston State, Stephen F. Austin and UTSA

Shannon Jungman (So. – Pflugerville, Texas)
· Participated in eight tournaments this season
· Has the fourth-best stroke average on the team at 78.30
· Posted a top ten showing (t8th) at the Texas A&M “Mo” Morial
· Recorded a three-day total of 234 at the Northern Migration Invitational
Bruna Spengler (So. – Santa Cruz do Sul, Brazil)
· Played in six of the eight tournaments, including four in the fall
· Her 78.29 stroke average stands third on the team
