Junior Allison Dillon scored a pair of goals to lead UTSA on Sunday.

SAN ANTONIO — Junior Allison Dillon’s two goals paced the UTSA soccer team to a 3-0 win against Lamar in Southland Conference action on Sunday afternoon.

The Roadrunners (9-6, 4-0 SLC) picked up their sixth consecutive win, the longest streak in program history, and they have not allowed a goal in their last 273 minutes of action. The Lady Cardinals dropped to 1-11-1 and 0-4 in league play.

UTSA took the early 1-0 lead when freshman Kara Hoffman sent a cross into the box and found Dillon at the 15-minute mark of the first half. The Yorba Linda, Calif., native then made it 2-0 with her second goal of the match within the first six minutes of the second half.

UTSA added the third goal of the match off the foot of sophomore Taylor Padia at the 64-minute mark.

Freshman Dacia Webb collected her third straight shutout and sixth of the season. The Rosenberg native made five saves on 12 shots faced.

The Roadrunners head to Louisiana for a pair of matches next weekend. UTSA will face Southeastern Louisiana on Friday and Nicholls two days later.
