SAN ANTONIO ? The UTSA Cross Country program will be offering a two-day Distance Academy Coaches Clinic this summer. The two-day event is scheduled for Aug. 7-8 and it will feature the nation's leading experts in Dr. Joe Vigil and Joe Newton. There are three tiers of registration costs depending on when you pay. Registrations received by June 1 will cost $50, while any received between then and July 31 will cost $75 and the cost is $100 beginning Aug. 1. Every attendee not only will receive instruction from the nation's top experts, but they also will be given and free Asics T-shirt and lunch will be provided at no extra cost. On Saturday night, there will be a session geared toward high school student-athletes, which is free for all athletes.
