TOLUCA, Mexico -- Sophomore All-American Teddy Williams added another line to his impressive list of accomplishments this season when he was a member of Team USA's 400-meter relay team that posted the fastest time in the world this year on Saturday at the 2008 North America, Central America and Caribbean (NACAC) Under-23 Track & Field Championships.
The foursome of Jeremy Hall (Florida), Williams, Christopher Dykes (Texas A&M) and J-Mee Samuels (Arkansas) circled the oval in 38.39, which topped the time of 38.48 set by Malcolm Christian, Edgar Tyrone, Devonish Marlon and Fifton Rikki on June 21 in Annecy, France.
The NACAC Athletic Association’s U-23 Championshipsare held every two years in one of the 32 member nations of the NorthAmerica, Central America and Caribbean Athletic Association, one of sixregional athletics associations affiliated with the InternationalAssociation of Athletics Federations (IAAF).
