SAN ANTONIO ? The UTSA women’s golf team heads to the Great Northwest for the Duck Invitational, which will be played at the Eugene Country Club (6,052 yards/par 72) beginning on Monday, March
24. The first two rounds will be played on the opening day with the
final 18 holes being contested on Tuesday.
Tournament host Oregon, which is ranked 43rd nationally, welcomes California, Colorado, Idaho, Long Beach State, Minnesota,
Montana, OregonState, PortlandState, UC Davis, UTSA, Washington,Washington State and Wyoming.
The Roadrunners are coming off a sixth-place showing at the SHSU/LU Spring Invitational (630=316-314). Sophomore Shelly
Martinez finished tied for eighth after posting a pair of 76s, while
senior Lesan Gouge and junior Allie Jordan each fired a two-round total of 160
(t-28th).
