The Southland Conference Tournament Champion UTSAwomen’s basketball team will find out its NCAA first-round assignmenton Monday night, when the 64-team NCAA Division I bracket isrevealed live on ESPN from 6-7 p.m. A watch party for the team, fansand media is set from 5-7 p.m. at Fox & Hound, which is located at 12651Vance Jackson Road.
Trey Wingo, Stacey Dales and Kara Lawson will host the selection show from ESPN's headquarters in Bristol, Conn.
The first- and second-round sites have been selected as follows: ThePit/Bob King Court (Albuquerque, N.M.); Pete Maravich Assembly Center(Baton Rouge, La.); Wells Fargo Arena at the Iowa Events Center (DesMoines, Iowa); Maples Pavillon (Stanford, Calif.); Bridgeport Arena atHarbor Yard (Bridgeport, Conn.); Comcast Center (College Park, Md.) andMackey Arena (West Lafayette, Ind.). Each regional site will featureeight teams (six games), with play running from March 22-25.
