DADE, Fla. ? Sophomore Phillip Hui stands tied for ninth place after shooting
an even par 72 in Friday's first round of the Ron Smith/USF Invitational at the Lake
Jovita Country Club. The Roadrunners turned in a 298 (+10), which is good enough for
eighth place.
Senior Thomas Kearney is two-over par (74) and is tied for 25th, while
senior Shane Costelloe and sophomore Simon Merry are two strokes behind Kearney after firing a 76.
