SAN ANTONIO ? Outside hitter Kelsey Owens led a balanced Stephen F. Austin offensive attack with 10 kills and the Ladyjacks ended UTSA's winning streak at three matches with a 30-20, 30-19, 30-22 sweep on Thursday night at the Convocation Center.

The Ladyjacks, who saw their 62-match Southland Conference regular season winning streak come to an end last Saturday against Lamar, won for the 16th time in their last 18 matches to improve to 22-7 overall and 12-1 in league play. Austin then used a 7-1 run early in game three to take a 10-3 lead and never looked back, as the Roadrunners could get no closer than four the rest of the way.

Freshman outside hitter Kendra Rowland recorded her fourth consecutive double-double and 15th of the season with 10 kills and 15 digs, while junior libero Audrey Hiser was in double figures for the 18th time in the last 19 matches with a team-best 17 digs..
