EDMOND, Okla. ? The UTSA men’s golf team turned in athree-day total of 322-304-331=957 and finished in 10th place at the Oklahoma Intercollegiate.
Sophomore Simon Merry fired an 82-76-80=238 and finished in a 41st-place tie, while seniors Shane Costelloe and Thomas Kearney finished thetournament tied for 44th and 45th, respectively. Sophomore Emiliano Martinez ended his day in56th with a three-day total of 81-78-86=246. Also in action was senior Sean Burch, who finished tied in 57th aftershooting a 79-91-82=252.
UTSA returns to action on Oct. 25-26 when it travels to Long Beach, Calif., forthe Del Walker Intercollegiate.
