BOLTON, Mass. ? The UTSA men’s golf team turned in aday one total 298-296=594 and stands in fifth place of the HawkInvitational at The International Golf Course.
Senior Shane Costelloe ended his day with athree-over par (73-75=148) and is tied for 11th. Senior PhillipKrohn shot a 79 in the first round but rebounded with a two-under par70 in the second round, which good enough for a 19th-place showing.
Seniors Sean Burch and Thomas Kearney each carded a151 on the day and are tied for 24th, while junior Kyle Collins, who istied for 42nd place, capped off his day with a 74-82=156.
The final round is slated to begin on Saturday morning.
