LITTLE ROCK, Ark., – Junior Thomas Kearney finished 3-under par (69-69-75=214) and in ninth place at the UALR/First Tee Intercollegiate held in the Chenal Country Club on Tuesday. The Roadrunners fired a 300 in the final round (279-285-300=864) and placed fifth.
Sophomore Kyle Collins shot a 75 on the final day to post a 2-under par (71-68-75=215) for the tournament and finished tied for 10th place, while freshman Simon Merry placed 33rd after turning in a 66-72-81=220. Senior Matt Johnston shot over par in the first two rounds but bounced back with a 2-under par 70 in the third round (73-78-70=221).
