LITTLE ROCK, Ark., – Junior Thomas Kearney sits in fourth place with a 6-under par (69-69=138) after first-day action at the UALR/First Tee Collegiate Classic. The Roadrunners stand in third place following a Monday that saw them shoot a 279-285=574.
Freshman Simon Merry turned in a career-best 66 in the first round and followed that effort with a 73 in the second round for a first-day total of 139, which is good for fifth place. Sophomore Kyle Collins also is tied for fifth place at 5-under par (71-68=139).
