SAN ANTONIO - The UTSA women’s golf team travels to the Duck Invitational this week at the Shadow Hills Country Club (6,096 yards/par 72) in Junction City, Ore. First- and second-round action will be played on Monday with the final round being played the following day.
The Roadrunners are among 14 teams playing in the invitational. Rounding out the rest of the field are host Oregon, Boise State, Central Arkansas, Eastern Washington, Gonzaga, Idaho State, Montana State, Oregon State, Portland State, San Diego State, San Francisco, Washington State and Wyoming.
Freshman Madison McClain shot a final-round 79 and placed 11th (78-79=157) at the Lamar Invitational on March 13, as UTSA finished in eighth place.
