SAN ANTONIO – The UTSA men’s golf team travels to Arizona this week for the Ron Moore Invitational. The two-day tournament will be played at the Palm Valley Golf Course (7,015 yards/par 72) in Goodyear, Ariz., from Monday-Tuesday, March 19-20.
Last season, the Roadrunners finished ninth at the Palm Valley course, firing a three-round total 859.
UTSA is coming off a 13th-place finish at the Carter Plantation Intercollegiate. Junior Thomas Kearney and freshman Simon Merry finished tied for 21st place with a two-day total 223.
