SAN ANTONIO – The UTSA men’s golf team kicks off its 2007 campaign when it hosts the 12th annual UTSA Intercollegiate at Oak Hills Country Club (6,691 yards/par 71). The tournament begins with an 8 a.m. shotgun start on Monday.
Sixteen teams will make up the field, including 10 from last year. Air Force, Arkansas State, DePaul, Illinois State, Louisiana-Monroe, Marshall, McNeese State, Miami (Ohio), Nebraska, New Orleans, Northern Iowa, Sam Houston State, Stephen F. Austin, Texas State, Texas-Pan American and UTSA will comprise this year's field.
The two-day tournament is scheduled for 36 holes on Monday and the final round will be played the following day.
