Women?s tennis to travel to College Station on Saturday

SAN ANTONIO – After picking up its first win of the 2007 season last Sunday, the UTSA women’s tennis team travels to College Station for a non-conference match at No. 28 Texas A&M on Saturday. First serve is scheduled for 10 a.m. at the George P Mitchell Tennis Center.

The Roadrunners split a pair of matches last weekend. In last Saturday's season opener, UTSA dropped a 5-0 decision to SMU, but the Roadrunners rebounded with a 6-0 win against North Texas the following afternoon, giving first-year head coach Erin Boisclair her first career victory.

Texas A&M, ranked 28th in the latest ITA Tennis poll, is 2-1 on the year The Aggies collected their first two wins on the season against Texas-Pan American and Sam Houston State on Jan. 20. Last weekend, No. 24 Georgia handed A&M a 6-1 setback in Athens, Ga.
