SAN ANTONIO — The men’s and women’s basketball games between UTSA and Texas-Arlington, originally scheduled for Thursday, Jan. 18, have been rescheduled for early next week, officials from both schools announced Friday.
The men’s game will be at 7 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 22, at the Convocation Center in San Antonio. The women’s game will be at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 23, at Texas Hall in Arlington. Tickets for Thursday’s men’s game will be honored for Monday’s game at the Convocation Center.
Inclement weather in both the Arlington and San Antonio areas earlier this week forced the postponement of Thursday’s games.
The UTSA women are in action on Saturday, Jan. 20, against I-35 rival Texas State. Tip is set for 7 p.m. at the Convocation Center and the game will be televised in the San Antonio area on Time Warner Cable channel 50.
The UTSA men make the short trip up I-35 on Saturday to face Texas State at 6 p.m. at Strahan Coliseum. That game can be heard live in the San Antonio area on KKYX-680 AM beginning with the pregame show at 5:45 p.m. Fans can listen to both games on the Internet at goUTSA.com.
